Stina is flying home as I write this.
She has been in Germany as a Rotary Exchange student since the end of July. Now she will resume her Senior year of High School at Middleton High School.
We have kept close contact with her, with the amazing help of the internet and Skype. What a different day and age it is from when my family hosted a girl from Denmark in 1976-77! She wrote weekly letters and made several phone calls. Nothing like the daily contact we could have with Stina via Facebook chat options and video calls with Skype.
My heart is filled with gratitude as we prepare for her returning!
